What payment methods do you accept?
Bitcoin via BTCPay Server only. No credit cards, no PayPal, no e-transfers. Bitcoin ensures complete transaction privacy for both parties.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and a Bitcoin invoice will be generated. Pay the exact amount shown within the timer window to confirm your order.
Can I cancel or modify an order after payment?
All sales are final due to the nature of research compounds. Submitting payment confirms and locks the order immediately.
Is Bitcoin the only payment option?
Yes. Bitcoin is the only accepted payment method. This ensures privacy and security for both parties. No exceptions.
Legality & Disclaimer
Are research peptides legal to purchase in Canada?
All products are sold strictly for research and development use only — not for human consumption. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations in their jurisdiction.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No. These are research reagents, not pharmaceutical drugs, and are not intended for clinical or human use. No prescription is required.
Will my order be flagged by customs?
All standard orders ship domestically within Canada via Canada Post. There are no customs or border crossings involved for domestic shipments.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
All research compounds ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. The only exception is Slow Release T3 (SRT3-50), which can be arranged for international delivery — see below.
Can Slow Release T3 (SRT3-50) be shipped internationally?
Yes. SRT3-50 is the only product we ship outside of Canada. If you are located internationally and wish to order SRT3-50, contact our support team with your shipping address to arrange the order. You are responsible for customs declarations and import regulations in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are batched and shipped weekly. Allow 7–14 business days from your order confirmation date. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
What if I don't receive a tracking number?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received tracking information within 7 days of placing your order, contact support.
How is the package labelled?
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no brand name, product name, or reference to contents on the outside.
Products & Storage
What form do peptides arrive in?
All peptides and HGH compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. They must be reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water before research use.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized powder: store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. A refrigerator is ideal but room temperature is acceptable short-term. Once reconstituted: refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.
How do I verify product purity?
Third-party HPLC/MS Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available per product. These are issued by independent laboratories and confirm purity and identity. COA links are found on each product page.
What if a product is out of stock?
Live stock levels are shown on the catalog. Out-of-stock products are restocked regularly — check back weekly or contact support to be notified when a specific product is available.
